The crisis… Poverty, unemployment, homelessness, substance abuse, violence, and gang activity. All of which lead to the deterioration of families. The answer… Ordinary people called to do extraordinary things. We are building a team that consist of individuals that are foolish enough to believe that one person can make a difference. And if one person can make a difference, imagine the power of a group of people, united with one vision and one focus. Our mandate is to strengthen individuals, build families, and serve our community. Come, connect, grow with us and be a part of the vision. Whatever your gifts, whatever your talents, we need you. The following leadership (non-paid) opportunities exist:
Evangelism	Responsibilities include neighborhood evangelism and taking the Good News to people in homeless shelters, halfway houses and jails.
Young Adult / College	This person would be responsible for recruitment, evangelism, and leading social activities for the 21-29 age population, as well for the University of Illinois Chicago (east and west campus), Malcolm X College, Harold Washington College, and Roosevelt University student community.
Praise Dancers	Must have a heart for prophetic worship and a desire to reach out to people in a fresh and creative way.
Vocalists	Should be familiar with contemporary Christian artists such as Michael W. Smith, Isarel & New Breed, Chris Tomlin, Donald Lawrence, Martha Munizzi, Donnie McClurkin, Jonathan Lee, Fred Hammond, and Hillsong United.
Actors & Actresses	Drama speaks to people. We are looking for actors and actresses that wish to use the performing arts as a teaching tool to help transform lives.
Musicians	We are looking for musicians (keyboard, guitar, bass, drums, and percussion) who wish to give their time and talents to serve God.
Pastoral Care	Provide homebound, hospital, and nursing home visitation, prayer, service of communion, and encouragement
Youth	This person would be responsible for leading our youth ministry in an effort to help them begin and grow in a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ
Community Outreach	Develop effective outreaches to our community such as tutoring programs, health fairs, family fellowships, and special events.
Other Leaders	We are looking for rappers/spoken word artists, stay at home moms, policemen, firemen,teachers, nurses, dentists, photographers, students of all ages, steppers, cooks, athletes, children workers, counselors, altheles, bankers, accountants, plumbers,electricans, and carpenters.
